Privacy policy
This page explains what we collect when you book a slot, why we need it and who else can see it.
What we collect
When you fill in the booking form we store: your name, e-mail address, phone number, the size of your group, the age of the youngest player, the activity and package you chose, the date and time, the payment method, and your note if you left one.
We ask for the age of the youngest player only because the equipment and the field depend on it — paintball starts at 11, Gel Blaster at 6. We do not ask for a child’s name or anything else about them.
We do not track visitors: no web analytics, no tracking cookies, no pixels, and nothing shared for marketing.
We do count bookings for our own overview — how many there were, which packages were asked for, how full the slots ran. That is worked out from what you typed into the form, and nothing is added about how you reached the site or what you looked at on it.
Why we need it
We need your name and contact details to confirm the slot and to reach you if anything changes. Group size, age and package decide the price, the equipment and the field. The payment details are there to record the deposit.
Who else can see it
Bookings are stored with Supabase, who provide our database. The same is true of the list of people who asked to be told when a slot reopens.
The site is served by Vercel.
Booking e-mails are sent by Brevo.
Google receives your IP address if you consent to the map on the Contact page. Without consent, the map does not load.
We pass your details to nobody else.
How long we keep your data
We keep data relating to a booking for up to 12 months after the booked slot has taken place or been cancelled, after which we delete or anonymise it — unless we are required to keep certain data longer under the law, or need it in order to establish or defend legal claims.
Data forming part of accounting, tax or other records required by law is kept for as long as the applicable regulations require.
Aggregate statistics that no longer allow an individual to be identified may be kept indefinitely.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@paintballsestine.com.
If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
